Hi, my name is Felipe Andrade.
I am the owner of the company and author of every article that has been, is, and will be published on this section of the website.

Will I always be the single author?
Maybe, maybe not.
So far though, I have been.

There is so much misinformation out there about concrete coatings that it is unreal.

As much as I can, I love to prove things with numbers.

Why?
They’re logical and easy to understand.
2+2=4.
Period.

It’ll never be 5.
It’ll never be 3.

It’s exact.

Maybe it’s the army, maybe it’s the engineering, who knows, but I like to be as detailed as I can: with simple words.

What I have learned though my very short existence in this world is that:
Simple words easy to understand.
Why complicate things for no reason?
They are usually direct, and everyone understands them.
Besides, when you know what you’re talking about, it’s easy to make just about anything sound relatively simple.

Also, another thing I’ve learned about simple words:
a lot of simple words are ok, it just means you are trying to explain something.
A lot of complicated-lawyer-like words means you are trying to HIDE something.
As far as I am concerned, hiding is deceiving, which at the end of the day, it’s not ok.

There is so much misinformation out there about concrete coatings that it is unreal.

With that in mind, my aim when creating this “educate yourself” section of the company’s website was never, is never, and will never be to “bash” anyone or any system, but to show as to WHY I believe a certain system or a certain way of doing things is not the best for a certain scenario.

For example, your “garage epoxy floor” may be a great floor in the garage, but don’t ask us to do it around your pool deck (read below) without signing our waiver first.

Another aim with this section of the website is to clear up certain “myths”, “sales pitch” (like “4x stronger than epoxy”, read below) or whatever you want to call it really.

Pardon my language, but at the end of the day, I just call it a load of horse manure.

And lastly of course, the point of this is to educate my future clients.

Why you ask?

It’s simple:
Education builds trust.
Once trust built, confidence is gained.
Once confidence is gained, whenever you are ready to pull the trigger on a project, there is only one phone call you are going to make. And that phone call is to us.
Period.

Anyways ladies and gentlemen, you all work hard for your money (the lord sure knows we do), don’t spend it without educating yourselves first.
