1. The purpose of collecting “personal information” is to be able get a hold of you, and to know where the location of the project is.
   We’re not advertiser or anything along the lines of. We need a way to get a hold of you and know where we are going to provide the desired service.
2. The purpose of collecting “other information” is to be able to improve our website, and/or give the user a better experience.

   WE DO NOT SHARE AND WE DO NOT SELL “PERSONAL INFORMATION” WITH ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON. PERIOD. END OF STORY.
   Your “personal information”, again, is so we know how to get a hold of you and to know where we are going to provide you with a service.
   That’s it.
   We are not marketers nor bottom feeders; we do not share or sell your information with anyone. Period.
2. “Other information” is shared to Google and Facebook to better improve our website, and/or improve your experience.
   Though, if you use any of the two services you probably already do. Go read their fine print.

1.  All videos, pictures, videos, blogs, articles (written by the owner himself), and verbiage throughout site is property of Rossi DCE and Rossi DCE ONLY.

   “Felipe man! Why is there a picture of MY driveway in your website?? You didn’t ask me!”

   Didn’t have to: If you do not know that so as long as we are doing the work we can take those pictures, taken by us, and post them on throughout our digital footprint, you did not read our Terms and Conditions.
   And yes, going back to the driveway example. If we took a picture of the driveway and some of your house showed up.
   It is what it is.
   And odds are, you looked at someone else’s house to judge whether we are good with our work or not.

2. With all that said, unless explicitly in writing, no one is allowed to simply rip a picture from our website and use it as their work.
   Period.

1. Don’t want to sound like a broken clock here, but “personal information” will never be shared or sold to anyone. Your personal information, the information that you voluntarily gave to us, is for our records only.
2. On the other hand, “other information” is tracked through our website and shared with Google, Facebook, etc. in order to improve our website and your experience as a whole.

1. We may change this policy at any given moment for any given reason. However, we value our clients too much to just sell/share their personal information.
2. We may change our policy regarding “other information” as well, for any given reason at any given moment. However, there is no advantage here to do so.
